The Tech Analyst will act as the bridge between business requirements, technical teams, and customers. You will be responsible for analyzing system performance, supporting integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that our SaaS products deliver exceptional value. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and business insight. What you'll do: System & Product Analysis ● Analyze SaaS platform performance, identify technical bottlenecks, and propose optimizations. ● Evaluate new features, integrations, and system upgrades, providing impact assessments. ● Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into technical specifications. Technical Support & Troubleshooting ● Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders. ● Serve as the escalation point for complex technical problems. ● Document troubleshooting processes and create knowledge base articles. Data & Reporting ● Build and maintain dashboards to monitor product KPIs and system health. ● Perform root cause analysis of recurring incidents and provide recommendations. ● Analyze technical and usage data to uncover trends and inform decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Partner with engineering teams to validate requirements, test solutions, and ensure delivery. ● Support Customer Success and Implementation teams with technical expertise during onboarding and client escalations. ● Work with QA teams to define test cases and validate product releases. Security & Compliance ● Ensure SaaS platform compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards. ● Monitor system logs for anomalies and potential security threats. About you: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. · 2–5+ years of experience as a Tech Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS or cloud environment. · Proficiency in SQL and data querying. · Familiarity with APIs, SaaS integrations, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP). · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. · Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The final salary for this position will be determined in Relish’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Relish’s business and other operational considerations.
