Techno-Functional Privacy Analyst
Job Title: Techno-Functional Privacy Analyst Employment Type: Long-Term W2 Contract About the Role We are seeking a Techno-Functional Privacy Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for global data protection and compliance. This role bridges privacy requirements with technical integrations, ensuring our systems and processes align with international privacy regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy frameworks and compliance solutions using OneTrust. • Design and develop privacy-related functionalities leveraging Java and Spring Boot. • Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes environments. • Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting related to privacy compliance. • Utilize Maven for build automation and dependency management in Java-based projects. • Conduct privacy impact assessments and support data subject rights processes. • Monitor and maintain compliance with international privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PDPA, etc.). • Provide technical guidance on privacy-by-design principles during system development. • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure adherence to regional data protection laws. Required Qualifications • Hands-on experience with OneTrust Privacy Management Platform. • Strong programming skills in Java and Spring Boot framework. • Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration. • Solid understanding of SQL for database management and reporting. • Experience with Maven for project build and dependency management. • In-depth knowledge of international privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PDPA, etc.). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating privacy tools with enterprise systems. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Certifications in privacy (CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar). Compensation: $55/hr to $80/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
