Career Description:
This role is part of our Technician Apprentice Program (TAP), designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful body technician. As a TAP Body Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians to learn industry-approved repair techniques and develop hands-on skills.
Responsibilities:
Ā Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved techniques.
Ā Assist in reading estimates, identifying damage, and repairing vehicles.
Ā Participate in training sessions to develop technical knowledge and skills.
Ā Collaborate with mentors to ensure quality and accuracy in workmanship.

Requirements:
Ā Be at least 18 years old.
Ā Hold a valid driver's license and be eligible for Caliber's insurance policy.
Ā Pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
Ā Prior collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification are nice to have but not required.
Essential Abilities and Skills:
Ā Demonstrate ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 pounds.
Ā Understand instructions in both written and verbal formats.
Ā Prioritize tasks and adapt to fast-paced environments efficiently.
Ā Complete required training and certifications related to TAP.
