The team
We are seeking a Specialist Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and high-quality product documentation. This role works closely with cross functional product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user focused, accessible content that supports customer success and product adoption.

The role
Develop, write, and maintain high quality product documentation that is clear, concise, and user centred.
Partner closely with product teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical information and ensure accuracy.

Manage documentation projects from planning through delivery, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Ensure all content adheres to established quality, style, and documentation standards.
Review, edit, and refine documentation to maintain consistency, clarity, and usability.
Incorporate user feedback and stakeholder input to continuously improve documentation and information design.
Collaborate across teams to align documentation with product updates and releases.

What you’ll bring
Proven experience creating technical or product documentation.
Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user focused content.
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and subject matter experts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality and standards.
