Role Scope
Produce and maintain a wide range of documentation, including technical design specs, product manuals, system architecture diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
Develop and manage tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal teams and external partners.
Participate in product development cycles (Agile/Scrum), attending stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions to stay informed of changes.
Contribute to UX writing for applications and interfaces, collaborating with designers for in-experience clarity.
Lead initiatives to standardize technical language and content structures across teams.
Support regulatory and compliance documentation, especially for education-related standards
Coordinate and lead meetings with cross-functional teams to align documentation needs with product releases.
Track deliverables, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met
Key Skills:
Experience writing for developer tools, APIs, and software platforms, preferring someone who can effectively write Health care or lab experience
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile/Scrum.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a creative and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
