Job Description:
ā¢ 8+ years of technical writing experience in product development.
ā¢ Portfolio showcasing documentation samples.
ā¢ Strong understanding of documentation principles and best practices.
ā¢ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
ā¢ Experience with documentation tools (MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc. or similar tools).
ā¢ Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Preferred
ā¢ Experience working with cross-functional teams. Worked with PLM Team Center.
ā¢ Knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS.
ā¢ Certification in technical communication (STC, CTC).
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop comprehensive documentation for software products.
ā¢ Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and designers.
ā¢ Proactively identify documentation needs and propose solutions.
ā¢ Create clear, concise, and visually appealing content.
ā¢ Conduct research, interviews, and analysis.
ā¢ Edit and review content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
ā¢ Ensure documentation aligns with product strategy and goals.
