The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team and provide high-quality documentation, code samples, and tutorials.As a Technical Writer IV, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that helps developers build immersive experiences in our platform.Job Title: Technical Writer IVKey Responsibilities:Create and maintain accurate, concise, and engaging documentation, including API references, guides, and tutorialsDevelop code samples and examples that demonstrate best practices for building immersive experiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-dateConduct research and interviews to gather information for developer audienceManage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyContinuously improve documentation based on feedbackMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience writing for a developer audienceExperience with JavaScript or TypeScriptExperience with version control systemsStrong technical writing and communication skillsAbility to work independently and escalate issues when neededPreferred Qualifications:8+ years of experience writing for a developer audienceExperience with 3D AR/VR gaming and a preference for experience with technical writing for platformsKnowledge of media production and instructional design principles, with experience creating interactive tutorials and guidesFAANG or Big Tech background preferredLocation: Remote [USA]Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $124,800 $172,640 annually.
