Technical Writer/ Content Development Manager
Our client, a leader in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the marketing department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for science, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
What's the Job?
ā¢ Digest technical content into clear product positioning and messaging within the biology workflows of life science (cell culture, protein, molecular, and analytical).
ā¢ Optimize web and paid media content based on our target audience's behaviors.
ā¢ Conduct technical writing, copyediting, proofreading, and research to ensure clarity and accuracy.
ā¢ Collaborate effectively with scientists and non-scientist stakeholders to align product positioning with commercial strategy.
ā¢ Utilize fundamental marketing communications tactics including social media, e-marketing, and website content development.
What's Needed?
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, or equivalent is required; an advanced degree (MS, PhD) is preferred.
ā¢ Experience in social media content marketing.
ā¢ Proficiency with MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software.
ā¢ Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO principles preferred.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
