The Technical Training Design Manager within the Technical Training Development team,will report into the Director, Learning Enablement You'll be responsible for: Supporting the technical training curricula by helping design, develop, deliver, and optimize world-class learning experiences Implementing instructional principals in designing various learning modalities for different mediums (self-learning, instructor-led learning, supplemental materials, and interactive learning) Measuring and supervise ongoing impact of technical training programs Proactively seeking out ways to simplify processes and identify opportunities to use technology to scale and build efficiencies What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications): Minimum of 8+ years of relevant Instructional Design experience with enterprise eLearning systems with atleast 2+ years of experience managing a team Proficiency in instructional theory application, including assessment Experience developing e-learning for software applications Experience and ease with technical content What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualification) Background in developing online course, ILT/ vILT, reference guides, and job aids Demonstrate knowledge of courseware development tools, such as Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline, RISE Knowledge of instructional design techniques and practice with several instructional approaches (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training) #LI-Hybrid#LI-AN4 At Zscaler, we believe that diversity drives innovation, productivity, and success.
