In the Technical Trainer role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs for virtual and field sales teams. The holder of this position must utilize sound training practices, and purposeful facilitation tactics to engage the learner. It also requires the ability to explain complex scientific technologies and associated applications in a clear and interesting way.What you will accomplish together with usBachelor of Science required in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or related field. An advanced degree is a plus 3+ years’ experience in the life science industry. Proven track record working as a Sales Rep or Field Application Scientist is a plus.
