Technical Support Specialist, Implants (Remote, US)
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Dentsply Sirona, the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our implant product lines.

Job Summary: In this role, you will provide technical support and customer service to internal and external customers via email, telephone, and other channels. You will resolve customer issues, answer product questions, and provide timely and accurate information on order status, product knowledge, and technical solutions. You will also stay up-to-date on product updates and new technologies, educate customers on our products, and process customer orders and warranties.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to customers on implant product lines
Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Stay current on product updates and new technologies
Educate customers on our products via telephone, remote access software, chat, in-person, or in a classroom setting
Process customer orders, changes, and warranties according to established policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve product quality
Requirements:
Minimum 2-year college degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service technical support or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, contact management systems, and order processing systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
