They are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Associate to bridge the gap between advanced AI solutions and clinical environments, collaborating closely with the Director of Business Development throughout the sales cycle to secure new business.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Director of Business Development to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategiesAssist in all stages of the sales process, from initial discovery and needs analysis to solution design and post-sale technical support hand-offAct as a technical resource for prospect and customer meetings for in-depth technical questions about our AI models, APIs, integrations, and deployment optionsDeliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions—both online and in person—to prospective and existing clientsDevelop deep expertise in Argus AI products from both a technical and sales perspectiveAct as a liaison between Sales, Software Development teams, and Marketing teams to communicate customer feedback and technical requirementsTravel domestically and internationally to support business development, sales, and customer engagementSkillsMaster's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science (AI specialization), or Biomedical InformaticsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering PLUS an MBA in Marketing or Business DevelopmentStrong understanding of machine learning concepts, AI models, and data science workflowsStrong technical aptitude, proficiency with cloud platforms like Oracle, AWS/Azure, programming languages like Python/JavaScript, databases, APIs, and etcStrong presentation and public speaking skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated passion for innovation in healthcareKnowledge of healthcare IT systems, clinical workflows, and medical terminologyFamiliarity with CRM systemsCertifications in AI for healthcare or sales/marketing are an assetBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Company OverviewEndoSoft is a leading healthcare information technology company offering best-of-breed software applications.
