We are a fast-growing Staffing & IT Consulting firm specializing in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Biotech. We re seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will source, engage, and recruit top talent for our clients, playing a critical role in connecting skilled professionals with innovative companies in regulated industries.Location: SFO/Bay Area, CAPosition Type: Full-time (Remote) Time: 8-5pm PSTResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates for positions in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Biotech using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards/platforms.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future client needs.Partner with account managers and hiring managers to understand role requirements and client expectations.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.Track recruiting activity using ATS/CRM systems and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.Qualifications2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Biotech staffing.Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.Strong understanding of technical/scientific roles (engineers, scientists, quality/regulatory, manufacturing, etc.).Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar) is a plus.Why Join UsOpportunity to work with leading clients in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Biotech and Hi-Tech.Collaborative, high-energy team environment.Competitive compensation with base salary + commission/bonus.Career growth opportunities in a growing staffing firm.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
