Technical Project Manager (Remote, US)

Remote Full-time
Technical Project Manager Agile Delivery | Jira | Cross-Platform Product Teams | Remote (US) We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to help our product and engineering teams deliver software smoothly, predictably, and without unnecessary friction. This is a mid-level Agile delivery role focused on execution. You’ll run sprint ceremonies, keep Jira accurate and useful, support technical documentation, and help teams stay unblocked. You will not own product strategy or technical architecture. Your job is to make delivery work well. You’ll collaborate with Product and business stakeholders to help clarify and document requirements, and work closely with engineers to draw out and maintain the technical details needed for execution. We’re also AI-forward. We actively use AI to accelerate work, improve clarity, and reduce busywork, while keeping humans firmly responsible for judgment and decisions. At this time we are not in a position to sponsor visas or work with those outside of the United States. What you'll do • Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Own Jira hygiene so work, priorities, and status are always clear • Help prepare upcoming sprints and surface under-defined or risky work early • Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and share clear updates • Surface blockers and delivery risks before they become problems • Help coordinate releases, sprint close-out, and internal release communication • Work with Product and stakeholders to clarify requirements, and with engineers to document and keep technical requirements current as development evolves • Help improve and document delivery processes over time • Use AI tools thoughtfully to support documentation, analysis, and communication, while owning accuracy and quality What we’re looking for • 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum Mastery, or technical delivery roles • Strong experience with Jira and Agile workflows • Experience running Agile ceremonies independently • Familiarity with mobile and web software development environments • Someone who enjoys execution, organization, and making work visible • Comfort experimenting with AI tools as productivity and clarity aids • Good judgment and ownership over AI-assisted output • Clear written and verbal communication What this role is not • Not product management or roadmap ownership • Not technical architecture or system design authority • Not a process-only Scrum Master role • Not a senior or org-wide program management position • Not a standalone business analyst role disconnected from delivery Why this role • You’ll support a real product team that wants help • The scope is focused, realistic, and sustainable • You’ll have ownership without being set up to burn out • We embrace AI as a complement to human expertise, not a replacement • Fully remote teams Why Join Mango?
