Assist in the planning and execution of technical projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
Track project progress and report on key metrics
Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables
Support the development and maintenance of project documentation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements
Foster a collaborative and agile work environment

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in project management or a related role
1+ years of experience and familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies
1+ years of experience and general knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
Soft Skills:
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
