We're looking for Project Managers to lead digital experience teams through full-cycle UX/UI, CRO, and web projects. You'll sit in our Project Management Office at the intersection of web development, design, and business strategy—turning complex technical work into clear, on-time outcomes. If you thrive on removing roadblocks, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with everyone from executives to QA, these roles are for you. What You'll Do Lead & manage a team of engineers and creatives to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality Partner with Creative, UX/UI, Web Dev, and cross-functional teams to align on goals and execution Own project workflows in Monday.com and Jira—from setup to sign-off Build and refine internal processes to improve speed and predictability Plan sprints, epics, timelines, and Gantt charts that actually work Communicate clearly with executives, clients, and team members to troubleshoot and keep projects moving Assign roles and responsibilities so everyone knows what they own Run regular team meetings to track progress, solve challenges, and maintain momentum Document key decisions from client and stakeholder meetings for traceability and alignment What You Bring 5+ years of technical experience in digital marketing, web development, and web technologies Hands-on experience with Webflow, Contentful (or another CMS), and JavaScript Prior experience in project development or management roles Full-cycle project management: coordinating deployments, content + code changes Experience managing creatives, engineers, and QA Strong accountability and project leadership—comfortable making decisions alongside developers, designers, and clients Webflow or WordPress build/management experience Working knowledge of SEO and analytics best practices (optimization strategies included) Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively clear obstacles Startup or agile/scrum environment experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Can translate business requirements into technical requirements An instinct for benchmarking and optimization Nice-to-Have Experience managing projects across Paid Media, Lifecycle, or other marketing channel projects Familiarity with multi-location businesses and GTM strategies Proficiency in Google Analytics and HubSpot Why Partner With Us?
