Technical Project Manager for AI Project
We are a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS startup in the marine and hospitality technology space, looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. What you'll do: - Act as the bridge between our business stakeholders and our offshore development team. You will capture requirements, translate them into clear and actionable tasks, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. - Work directly with AI chatbot tools on a daily basis, including conversational flow builders, omnichannel messaging platforms, and automation workflows. You don't need to write code, but you must understand what you're asking developers to build. - Manage all project tracking and task ownership in Asana. You will be the person who keeps the board clean, deadlines visible, and blockers surfaced early. - Communicate clearly and professionally with both business and technical stakeholders. Your written updates must be concise, accurate, and easy to act on. What we're looking for: - Fluent English is mandatory. Strong follow-up discipline and independent working style are non-negotiable. - Availability to work in or overlap with Turkish time (GMT+3) is required, as the development team is Istanbul-based. Flexibility for occasional early EST calls is a plus. - Marine or hospitality industry background is a plus but not required. Experience with AI or chatbot products is a strong differentiator.
