Technical Project Manager - AI Data Platform

Emerald Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the solution rollout of our transformational AI Data Platform. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and change management, ensuring complex data‑driven AI, automation, and application solutions are implemented successfully, on time, and aligned with business outcomes.The ideal candidate is technically fluent, highly organized, and comfortable partnering with engineering, data, security, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into execution in a fast‑moving environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the AI Data Platform, from planning and design through deployment, adoption, and steady state operationsOwn project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies across multiple workstreamsPartner closely with engineering, security, and business teams to coordinate technical deliveryTranslate technical architecture and development progress into clear milestones and executive‑level updatesManage scope, change control, and prioritization in a dynamic AI and cloud environmentEnsure alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards throughout deliveryDrive release readiness, cutover planning, and post‑deployment stabilizationEstablish and continuously improve delivery processes, tooling, and reportingSupport stakeholder communications, training coordination, and organizational change efforts related to AI adoptionRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar roleProven experience delivering complex technology platforms, preferably involving Azure, application development, and automation solutionsStrong technical fluency, including hands‑on experience with:Microsoft Azure (Azure Government experience is a plus)TypeScript and PythonSQLPowerShellExperience managing hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, or blended)Ability to engage deeply with technical teams while clearly communicating with non‑technical stakeholdersStrong risk management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP or similar project management certificationExperience with agentic or autonomous AI solutionsExperience supporting enterprise‑scale rollouts or transformation initiativesBackground in change management or technology adoption programsPlease note this job posting is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
