As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$306,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities ?Provide leadership and direction to a team of Technical Program Manager supporting the Foundations organization, ensuring each individual is aligned to business critical product pillar work supporting the product launches. ?Partner with cross-functional leadership to design, implement, and drive organization level processes to enable program health and progress (e.g., project intake, capacity planning, OpEx, Annual Planning, OKRs, roadmap alignments). ?Partner with the Engineering and Product Director to drive communications strategies to enable information flow, community, and a sense of belonging across the organization. ?Operate as a connector and a leader within the RTC Technical Program Manager organization, representing the values and principles of TPgM team in pillar-level work, and participate in program management leadership opportunities and development Apply Job!
