The role translates protocol work into clear execution plans, aligns cross-functional teams, andensures launches and upgrades are delivered with precision and reliability.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across protocol, infrastructure, tooling, and ecosystem integrationsTranslate engineering roadmaps into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success criteriaServe as the central coordination point across engineering, architecture, product, governance, security, infrastructure, and external partnersAlign internal teams and vendors on scope, timelines, testing responsibilities, and go-live criteriaEnsure technical requirements are clearly documented, understood, and met across stakeholdersIdentify and manage technical and operational risk across distributed systemsEnsure clear expectations and timelines for partner and ecosystem testingOversee execution of technical partnership agreements and vendor deliverablesEnsure partner workstreams align with Midnight’s technical architecture and roadmapTrack performance, surface risks early, and drive resolutionProvide clear, structured updates to leadership on progress, risks, and decisionsEnsure stakeholders have shared visibility into status and next stepsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager in highly technical environmentsStrong working understanding of blockchain systems (L1/L2s, validators, nodes, wallets, infra)Experience managing programs involving distributed systems, production launches, and external partnersProven ability to manage ambiguity, shifting requirements, and parallel workstreamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesNice to HaveComfort working with engineering artifacts (technical specs, GitHub, release plans)
