Job Summary
We're seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements across our cloud operations. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, develop and implement solutions, and analyze data to inform decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global armada of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC)
Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop and present findings and recommendations
Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
Drive process improvements through data analysis, visualization, and business recommendations, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive progress
Develop and maintain technical expertise in cloud operations, including data center management, network operations, and security
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and effective decision-making
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects
Experience with financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and controlling data collections using SQL
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of partners, both technical and non-technical
3+ years of experience in technical program/project management roles
Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners inside and outside of the organization to drive impact and work toward shared goals
Excellent data analysis and visualization skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
Experience with cloud operations, including data center management, network operations, and security
