Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Product/Project Manager (Tech PM) to join our team. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in product management and project execution, requiring a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and team leadership. Responsibilities Product Management (70%) Define and prioritize product requirements in alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Translate stakeholder needs into well-scoped user stories and epics. Maintain a prioritized product backlog with at least 3–4 sprints of groomed features. Collaborate with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Own the product roadmap and communicate updates to stakeholders. Project Execution (30%) Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Monitor team performance and velocity, identifying blockers and facilitating solutions. Ensure sprint commitments are met, and delivery timelines are realistic and transparent. Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Product/Project Manager role, preferably in Agile environments. Strong technical acumen with experience working closely with engineering teams. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar. Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder communications. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
