What you'll be doing is functioning as a Product Owner in a complex technical environment.Collaborate and communicate with various product teams, BA’s, testers, etc. to understand product featuresCollaborate with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large epic stories into features and user stories that can be understood and approved by members of the development teamLead/facilitate product backlog refinementProvide support to the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing and organization, user acceptance testing, etc.Build trust and respect, establish relationships, and develop rapport with technical and non-technical team membersRequirementsWhat we’re looking for is someone who is willing to learn and open to new ideas. This position focuses on designing and developing solutions for our new and existing projects. This position requires a candidate with an enthusiastic and energetic personality who will be organized, inspirational and collaborative1+ year of recent experience in a Product Owner role plus 3+ years of previous hands-on technical experience in a cloud environmentStrong understanding of cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCPAble to read architecture diagrams and break down infrastructure work into user stories3+ years working in an agile environment, strong agile mindsetSelf-starter with focus on PEOPLE and BUILDING RELATIONSHIPSBe committed to product, able to offer alternative solutions when appropriateExperience with Azure DevOps or similar toolsPreferred but not required:Prior experience as an infrastructure architect or similar technical role Familiar with containers, kubernetes, GenAI, and/or artificial intelligence Experience working with offshore teamsBachelor's degree in IT or related fieldTechnical certification in a cloud technology: AWS, Azure, GCPCSPO, CSM, or related Scrum certificationsSAFe knowledgeLOCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTSAble to work east coast hours from your home office in the USCandidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (we are unable to work with corp-corp, subcontracts or visa sponsorship)BenefitsABOUT THE COMPANYClearlyAgile is one of the fastest growing Agile companies in the Tampa Bay area.
