The role:We’re hiring an experienced Enterprise Technical Product Manager to lead technical delivery for our highest-touch enterprise client integrations.Sitting within the Enterprise Tribe, this role blends technical program management with solution delivery and stakeholder coordination. You’ll work across engineering, product, and commercial teams to ensure large-scale client solutions are scoped, built, and launched effectively.This role is for someone who brings both structure and empathy to complex work. You understand how APIs and backend systems power integrations, and you’re just as comfortable getting into delivery detail as you are managing client expectations. You'll help ensure that we deliver reliable, elegant, and scalable solutions to our enterprise partners.What you’ll do:Lead Platform Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of backend capabilities and APIs used by both internal teams and enterprise customers.Collaborate on Technical Design: Co-create API specs, define SLAs, and partner with engineering and architecture on thoughtful technical decisions.Plan and Prioritise Work: Translate high-level goals into clear milestones, helping teams focus and move forward together.Champion System Health: Bake in scalability, usability, and maintainability from day one, not as an afterthought.Coordinate Across Teams: Work across disciplines to unblock delivery, manage dependencies, and keep momentum high.Advocate for Clean APIs: Promote intuitive integration patterns, clear versioning, and strong monitoring practices.Bring Delivery Discipline: Introduce simple, repeatable ways of working that help backend teams deliver reliably and at speed.Skills we love:Commercial experience in a technical delivery role in a SaaS or platform company.Proven track record managing complex delivery programs involving backend systems and APIs.Ability to engage with engineers, understand system interactions, and communicate trade-offs.Experience working on custom solutions or client-specific workstreams in a fast-paced environment.Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, simplify complexity, and unblock teams with confidence.Bonus ExperienceFamiliarity with how enterprise clients consume APIs or integrate at scale.Experience writing or contributing to technical statements of work (SoWs) or product requirements.Understanding of auth flows, data management, or large-scale architecture decisions in an integration context.What's in it for you?A range of benefits to set you up for every success in and outside of work.
