Technical Principal, Supply Chain Operations-Shipment
Provide leadership at the enterprise level for the technical design of significant projects.
Essential Functions...
Ā Lead the technical design of projects, and may be responsible for the strategy, management, and delivery of a group of projects.
Ā Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and support to other teams. They may also act as a change agent to advocate for new methodologies.
Ā Advise other teams on technical design problems and may lead or assist in resolving complex production problems.
Ā Lead and/or assist in resolution of production problems.
Ā Mentor development in less senior positions.
Ā Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ā Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ā Must be self-reliant and self-motivating.
Ā Must be able to build Proof Of Concept systems while leveraging futuristic technologies.
Ā Experienced in Extreme Programming (XP) and/or Lean Software Development.
Ā Experienced in leading Agile teams.
Ā Experienced in designing complex systems with interface to Microsoft Azure AI services or Microsoft Copilot.
Ā Ability to code in Java Spring Boot and Python.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, and/or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Requires five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
