Job Title: Technical PMS Deployment Coordinator
Contract: 6 months plus
Location: 100% Remote per Central time
Pay rate: $50/HR W2 (negotiable)
Purpose:
We are looking for a Technical PMS Deployment Coordinator to join our Global Property Management team to deploy and onboard integrations to Oracle's Opera Cloud PMS system.
Position responsibilities:
ā¢ The Technical PMS Deployment Coordinator is critical in supporting our global hotels and regional/corporate teams to prepare for and execute the migration from Opera v5.6 to Opera Cloud. This position will primarily be responsible for planning, prioritization, tracking and other tactical activities associated with integrations and data migration.
ā¢ Coordination of implementation checklists & processes to assist and guide hotels and vendors through implementation during their assigned deployment wave.
ā¢ Monitoring each vendor's overall project progress, identifying risks or issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the on time and successful completion of the integrations.
ā¢ Monitoring engineers' focused tasks progress, ensuring all tasks for deployment are completed on time.
ā¢ Monitoring and organizing shared communication channels; including providing efficient and accurate replies as required or assigning an appropriate deployment or support lead.
ā¢ This position will collaborate and organize between internal and external teams (Deployment Leads, Adoption Leads, Technical Teams, and 3rd party vendors) by executing plans, meeting deadlines, coordinating timelines and efforts, and operating under tight time constraints.
ā¢ Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, complex system/global corporate environment.
ā¢ Ability to support change management effectively.
ā¢ Ability to be flexible with working hours to account for the project's global scope.
ā¢ Travel for team meetings or on-boarding may be required, but no more than 5% of the time and based on needs.

Experience and qualifications:
ā¢ Implementing large scale technology systems.
ā¢ Quality critical thinking, decision-making and planning skills required.
ā¢ Detail-oriented.
ā¢ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ā¢ Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting demands and responsibilities.
ā¢ Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
ā¢ Minimum of 2 years involved in a dynamic team environment.
ā¢ Technically skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
ā¢ Smartsheet Experience.
ā¢ Demonstrates a commitment to core values.
Education:
High School diploma and relevant work experience.
