Job Title: Technical Office Engineer Department: Project Department Experience Level: 3–5 Years Work Mode: Remote Start Date: Immediate Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Office Engineer to join our Project Department. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in technical office functions and be able to start immediately. This role will be fully remote and will support project planning, documentation, and technical coordination. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation. Develop BOQs, material take-offs, and technical submittals. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to ensure technical compliance. Review project specifications, contracts, and design documents. Prepare method statements, technical reports, and project schedules. Support project planning, cost control, and progress tracking. Ensure all technical documentation is organized and updated. Provide technical support during project execution and close-out. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical office or project engineering role. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Excel). Strong knowledge of project documentation, BOQs, and technical submittals. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Immediate availability is required.
