Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead, IT Applications to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for:

Leading and guiding a team of engineers in best practices, with a focus on Java, cloud-based development, and system reliability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Designing, developing, and implementing large-scale, highly available applications
Participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle
Collaborating with the architect to define the technical roadmap for the product
Evaluating product requirements and proposing solutions
Working closely with engineering to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needs
Completing appropriate documentation for technical plans, processes, and project decisions
Building tools and templates to accelerate development and delivery
Investigating and implementing new technologies and solutions to improve current processes, security, and performance

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
5+ years of experience delivering SDLC solutions using ITIL/Agile/XP or similar methodologies
2+ years of experience providing technical leadership
Carrier industry experience, including Sabre, business processes, and supporting technologies
Strong technical skills, including Java, cloud-based development, microservices architecture, and JavaScript MVC frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
