About the role


We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to shape the future of our Contacts platform.
Leads are just the beginning; turning them into customers or employees is where the real magic happens. In this role, you’ll lead the development of features and tools that enable sales reps, recruiters, and marketers to manage their contacts with ease and close deals seamlessly. Your focus will be on delivering reliable, user-friendly solutions that make managing and nurturing contacts effortless and effective.
Your leadership and technical expertise will drive innovation in this critical area of our platform, helping us empower our customers to grow and succeed.




What you will be doing


Get your hands dirty in the code, making sure everything is clean, scalable, and built to last. You’ll set the bar for your team’s tech decisions.
Lead the squad, ensuring team members are aligned, motivated, and unblocked
Be a central point of contact for other squads and departments to drive cross-team collaboration
Ensure a healthy team culture where everyone enjoys the ride and takes ownership of their work
Facilitate alignment meetings, including weekly squad lead meetings and occasional exchanges with other teams (e.g. support)
Hold the team accountable for project progress and quality, with regular check-ins and retros to identify and address bottlenecks
Ensure the team follows best practices (e.g. Clean Code) while pushing the product forward
Remove blockers to maintain high velocity and quality across the squad
Host 1:1 meetings to tackle individual topics and bottlenecks
Manage work distribution and capacity planning within the team to keep everything on track





Who you are


At least 8 years of experience in software development in a product SaaS environment, including a few years of hands-on technical leadership
You have a deep understanding of tech and solid knowledge in TypeScript. We use Node.js and Next.js as our main frameworks.
You have a solid understanding of distributed systems and modern web architecture principles, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions
You articulate technical concepts clearly and keep your team and stakeholders informed with consistent, proactive updates
You're passionate about great design and creating fast, seamless user experiences, with a focus on browser performance and page speed optimization
You know your design patterns, applying them when they make sense to deliver practical, solution-oriented outcomes
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing velocity with high-quality outcomes
You're ambitious and driven to push boundaries while maintaining an eye for detail and delivering results
You bring fun and inspiration to the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment where creativity and ownership thrive
You're all about collaboration — mentoring, sharing knowledge, and empowering your team to grow and succeed while building strong relationships within and across teams
