Job Description: • Create learning programs through close collaboration with clients and SMEs • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality e-learning courses and curriculum • Manage multiple projects and contribute to strategic initiatives like AI-enabled learning • Deliver engaging content that meets instructional design and accessibility standards Requirements: • Instructional design, including needs assessment, learner, context, and task analyses - Minimum 5 years experience • Articulate (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe PremierPro & Adobe Creative Suite - Minimum 3 years experience • Working with cross functional-teams - Minimum 3 years experience • Technical communications (writing and editing) - 3-5 years work related experience required • MS Office experience - 3-5 years work related experience required • Experience working with clients, subject matter experts, and development team members to create learning programs - 3-5 years work related experience required.
