Technical Education Consultant (Saas; FICO Platform)

Develop and deliver technical education programs and workshops to educate clients and partners on the FICO platform and its capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical training needs for clients and partners in the education industry.

Serve as a subject matter expert on the FICO platform, providing guidance and support to clients and partners on implementation, integration, and troubleshooting.

Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in Saas technology to continuously improve and enhance technical education offerings.

Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and other resources, to support the technical education program.

Evaluate the effectiveness of technical education programs through feedback and assessment, and make recommendations for improvement.

Partner with sales and marketing teams to promote and market technical education offerings to potential clients and partners in the education industry.

Provide technical support and assistance to clients and partners, addressing any technical issues or concerns related to the FICO platform.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop new features and enhancements for the FICO platform based on client and partner feedback and needs.

Serve as a brand ambassador for FICO, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the technical education program and showcase the company's expertise in the education industry.
