About Ghost Web
Ghost Web is a patent-pending AI infrastructure platform designed to replace static directories like Yelp and Angi by delivering conversational onboarding and full-service automation for local businesses.
We’re building an end-to-end system that:
• Onboards businesses through a 10-minute voice/text conversation
• Handles scheduling, quoting, payments, reviews, and verification
• Matches customers with providers in real time
• Powers a new layer of structured, monetizable business intelligence
Our vision is to create the AI-native operating system for the service economy—but we’re not doing it through forms, CRMs, or traditional listings.
Our fulfillment infrastructure is patent-pending, and it spans the entire service lifecycle—from onboarding to verified completion and payment.
Who We’re Looking For
Ghost Web is seeking a senior founder-operator (CEO, CTO, or COO) who already leads a technical team capable of building and scaling a platform of this magnitude.
This is a co-founding opportunity for someone who:
• Runs or co-runs a software development firm, AI startup, or product studio
• Has built and scaled systems using LLMs, agents, and backend orchestration
• Is ready to deploy their team as a primary strategic focus, in exchange for significant equity ownership
Experience should include:
• Voice/text interfaces (GPT, Whisper, custom conversational logic)
• Scheduling, quoting, and payments (calendar APIs, Stripe, tiered pricing)
• ID verification & compliance (OCR, KYC, license/insurance matching, optional Web3)
This is not a fit for a solo founder or moonlighter. We need a proven operator with a deployable team who can lead full execution from MVP to system validation.
Why This Role Exists: We’re Proving the Model—Not Building the Endgame
This role isn’t about building a polished, long-term product on day one.
Our mission right now is to prove that Ghost Web works at scale—that our system extracts higher-quality business data, activates providers faster, and automates transactions more efficiently than legacy systems.
This phase is about speed, proof, and defensibility, not perfection.
Once we prove that Ghost Web is viable, necessary, and scalable, we’ll open the platform up to investor capital, strategic integration, and long-term partnerships.
We’re in a rare moment: the AI stack is mature, the market is shifting, and incumbents are vulnerable. This is our chance to move first, claim the infrastructure layer, and force the market to license or integrate with our system .
What We’re Offering
We are offering 25% equity to the right founding partner and their team.
• Own and lead the technical execution of the platform build
• Collaborate closely on product design and system architecture, with room to innovate
• Share in co-founder equity in a defensible, patent-backed platform with massive upside
