Requirements Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise technology projects involving Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and cloud integrations. The ideal candidate is well-versed in technical concepts, understands enterprise solution architecture, and is confident in managing both client-facing and technical delivery aspects. This is a contract-to-hire role and requires alignment with EST business hours. Key Responsibilities ● Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality goals are met. ● Translate business and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans. ● Coordinate across cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, functional consultants, testers, and infrastructure leads. ● Manage solution delivery for platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure services ● Oversee technical solution design, data migration, API integrations, and custom development efforts ● Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the SDLC ● Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and demos ● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular status reports ● Ensure technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans are delivered and maintained Required Qualifications ● 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead in enterprise software projects ● Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform architecture and capabilities ● Experience overseeing projects involving: ○ Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) ○ Power Automate (workflow automation and approvals) ○ Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and integrations ○ Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and data migration tools ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud deployment methodologies ● Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Teams) ● Solid grasp of QA lifecycle, release management, and UAT coordination ● Excellent verbal, written, and client-facing communication skills ● Must be available during EST business hours Preferred Qualifications ● Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-900, MB-910, AZ-900) ● PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification ● Experience with public sector or nonprofit projects is a plus Terms & Expectations ● This is a contract-to-hire position ● The consultant must not engage in other client work during business hours or the full duration of this role Benefits Integration into global brands and disruptive startups Remote work / Home office You’ll be informed from the very first session if any position requires a hybrid or on-site format — don’t worry, most are fully remote!
