The Role: Technical Customer Success Manager We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to define and drive our product vision, roadmap, and implementation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-driven solutions and meet business objectives. As a stalwart advocate for client success, you'll leverage your sharp eye for innovation and talent for building bridges to make a lasting impact on our organization. Key Responsibilities Drive successful client rollouts and strive for high adoption rates of our product, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing success for every client. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and expansion while acting as their primary resource and trusted advisor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, to escalate and address support issues promptly and raise blockers quickly. Gather product requirements and feedback to inform our product roadmap, working closely with Result and Technology teams. Partner with Marketing to develop compelling client case studies and success stories. Work with clients to establish best practices, ensuring they're well-positioned for success from the outset. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role with a highly technical product, preferably within the SaaS world (B2B, Big Data, SDLC product). A strong technical background within a technology organization, with a deep understanding of how dev teams work. Demonstrated expertise in client success, with a client-first mindset and a collaborative approach. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for human connection and tech savviness in the product development industry.
