As a key player in the Customer Service organization, we're seeking a talented Technical Content Designer to join our team and help us deliver top-notch support to our members worldwide. The Role: Elevating Customer Support through Strategic Content Design As a Technical Content Designer at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our Customer Service Content Strategy team, working closely with cross-functional teams to create and manage content that enables our members to effortlessly navigate our services. Your mission will be to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that resolves technical issues and enhances the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Driving Content Excellence Lead large-scale editorial projects from conception to completion, defining content strategy, goals, timelines, and reporting metrics. Create and edit high-quality Customer Service content, including Help Center articles, internal knowledge base content, customer service emails, and other support materials. Ensure consistency in content style, tone, and format to meet the evolving needs of our global audience. Collaborate with support operations, localization, legal, product design, and engineering teams to align content with business objectives. Develop, maintain, and update style guides and editorial training programs to enhance content quality. Leverage data insights to inform content recommendations and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need: A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, content design, or a related field. Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and communication skills. Extensive technical writing experience, preferably in a customer service or highly technical environment. Experience writing for diverse platforms, including computer, mobile, and TV. Knowledge of information architecture and content management systems. Desirable qualities include being independent, self-motivated, innovative, curious, action-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
