As one company, we can accelerate and advance our ability to create meaningful innovations – but we will only succeed with the right people on our team!Your role within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team is to maintain and develop business with all customers in the region of Basingstoke and southwest of the UK by providing excellent training, education, and technical support to the customers, to ensure meeting or exceeding of targets while enhancing Medtronic’s reputation in the market. We continually strive to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company productsPlanning and prioritising clinical, technical and education programmes with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groupsProviding implant support to the clinical team in the catheterisation laboratory / operating theatre and by providing technical support to the customers both before and after the implant of the deviceProviding troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on requestOrganising and conducting training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team together with preparation of study material and plansBuilding strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing processSupporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement.Required Knowledge and Experience:Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience or Cardiac medical device experienceIBHRE and/or BHRS device accreditation and/or previous training/education experience would be an advantageAble to work in an operating room environmentNeed to live a commutable distance from Basingstoke Ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and influencing skills and strong organisational skillsDriving licence.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
