Technical Business Analysis Engineer I

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and develop solutions that align with company goals and objectives. Utilize technical expertise to design, develop, and implement solutions that address complex business problems and improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and project plans. Interpret and translate technical concepts and data into clear and concise business insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely and effective resolutions to minimize business disruptions. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery within budget and scope. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management in a clear and concise manner. Mentor and train team members on technical concepts and best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
