Job Description What will my responsibilities include? • * Communicate product offerings to refinery, petrochemical, power generation and light industrial customer base. • Respond to sales inquiries with accuracy, speed and effectiveness. • Review contracts, address design and technical questions, project status updates. • Maintain communication and expedite others for quote and order fulfillment. • Develop knowledge of product lines, pricing, delivery time and other data as required. • Maintain ownership and oversight of all customer requests and concerns until completed. Qualifications What qualifications should I have? • Sales experience in industries noted above and technical ability to support customers and fabricators in sales and after sale support. • Position requires travel to customer facilities at least 80% of the time within assigned region • Fluency in other languages experience a plus. • Must be mechanically inclined with strong communication and organizational skills. • Dependable, hard-working, self starter with multi-tasking capabilities.
