What You'll Be Doing
?? Technical & Quality Support (50%)
Assist the Sales Manager in understanding product specifications and applications
Manage product data, including technical data sheets, quality reports, and customer requirements
Oversee product sample management
Support quality assurance for process oils and waxes
?? Business & Event Coordination (50%)
Arrange conferences, trade shows, and team meetings (including booth setup, travel, and logistics)
Prepare business development materials in collaboration with the marketing team
Assist in tracking projects, managing milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met
Handle calendar management, expense reporting, and administrative support
