About this role:
Ā Rackner is seeking Technical Account Managers that will be primary tech advisors for both incoming customers and existing customers alike.
Ā TAMs align customers with technical solutions within the Platform One portfolio and continue hands-on support throughout the full customer lifecycle.
We are seeking professionals with knowledge in:
Ā B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 3+ years of experience contributing on a technical team for a software or IT project.
Ā Advanced Kubernetes

Ā Cybersecurity
Ā DevSecOps Engineer
Ā IT Operations
Ā Site Reliability Engineer
