Tech Support Rep Remote
Technical Support Reps require a mix of customer support and entry-level technical knowledge. Ability to answer support requests from customers, escalate potential technical issues, providing feedback on basic product functionality questions, and appropriately routing non-support related requests to a higher level of expertise. The ideal candidate will provide superior support to the end-user.
Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
Ā Consult with existing and new customers to offer a variety of products and services
Ā Solve complex customer challenges and regain customer confidence
Ā General knowledge of company, products, and/or services
Ā Obtain customer information and enter into various CRM systems
Ā Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow
Ā Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information
Qualifications:
Ā Minimum 3-6 months of telemarketing, retail, or sales experience; in-person or via phone
Ā Technical PC experience (Windows, preferred)
Ā Ability to work independently as well as part of a team (Promotes positive work environment)
Ā Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ā Excellent communication skills (Professional demeanor)
Ā Ability to build rapport with customers and exhibit empathy
Ā Proficient with technology applications; email, Internet browsers, search engines and data management systems
Ā Basic math skills
