Tech Recruiter (Contract) - 100% Remote
LFM Talent is seeking a fun and talented Recruiter that geeks out on technology, games, and candidate experience. Youll partner with the founding team to support a variety of recruitment needs and processes including sourcing, prescreening, and scheduling.
LFM Talent is a boutique recruitment firm specializing in tech. We offer an array of consulting and staffing services. LFM Talent is founded and led by an industry veteran who has worked in nearly every aspect of talent acquisition for global tech leaders and gaming industry icons like Twitch, Amazon, Curse, Inc., and Blizzard Entertainment. We support our clients through a focused understanding of their business objectives with a commitment to embracing authenticity, sustainability, and data-driven approaches.
What youll do:
Partner with clients. Execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
Network. Prospecting through proactive market research and relationship building.
Interview candidates. Screen and prepare candidates for each stage of the interview process.
Be obsessed with creating the best candidate and client experience.
What you have:
2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
A knack for storytelling through written and verbal communication.
You take an inclusive and empathetic approach while having the ability to deliver results.
Integrity and a preference to work autonomously.
Passion for gaming and technology.
Bonus Points:
You know the difference between MMO, RPG, FPS, and RTS.
You can name an ATS and tell us why they are great or lame.
Have tinkered around with AI solutions for efficient recruiting.
Youve skinned your knee in a sales or recruiting environment and have some scars to prove it.

Flexible 30-hour minimum weekly commitment.
