Tech & Automations Specialist — Data Integrity, CRM Ops & Zapier Expert

We are a fast-growing online coaching company looking for an experienced Tech & Automations Specialist to help us maintain clean data, build reliable automations, and improve system performance across our entire operations stack. You will take ownership of our backend technical systems and ensure all platforms communicate accurately and consistently. Your work will directly support sales, marketing, and operations by maintaining data integrity and creating clean, stable automation workflows. Core Responsibilities 1. Data Integrity Across CRMs & Platforms Ensure data in: • Go High Level • Close.io • Calendly • Facebook Ads • Zapier workflows …remains consistent, accurate, and up to date. Tasks may include: • Mapping new fields • Ensuring tags populate correctly • Preventing data duplication • Creating systems to validate and clean data regularly Automation Building & Maintenance (Zapier Expert) Design and maintain high-quality, modular Zapier automations, including: • Multi-step logic with filters, paths, and error handling • Clean, scalable workflows that are easy to maintain • API/webhook integrations where needed • Logging, fallback conditions, and versioning best practices Everything must be clean, organized, and documented. CRM Workflow Setup (Close.io + GHL) Implement workflows and automations inside each CRM, such as: • Automated follow-up emails with custom variables • Smart sequencing and task creation • Lead routing logic • Pipeline stage automation • Updating records based on events or triggers Support for New Marketing Campaigns As we launch new campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, lead magnets, etc.), you will: • Build the tracking + automation logic • Update CRMs with new fields, tags, and workflows • Ensure attribution data flows correctly • Set up testing environments before launch This is ongoing, fast-paced work. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Identify issues before they cause problems: • Fix broken automations • Repair inconsistent data • Solve integration errors • Optimize workflows for speed + reliability We want someone who proactively improves systems, not someone who waits for things to break. Required Skills You must have strong, demonstrated experience in: Tools • Zapier (expert) — advanced logic paths, clean structuring, error handling • Go High Level — workflows, triggers, custom fields, pipelines • Close.io — custom variables, sequences, automation, lead routing • Calendly — event routing & data mapping • Facebook Ads — campaign naming conventions, tracking setup Core Competencies • Excellent understanding of data architecture • Strong documentation and process building • Ability to follow (and improve) naming conventions and standards • Clear communication • Fast debugging and troubleshooting abilities To Apply Please include: 1.
