Teamleiter - Account Receivables (m/w/d) - (vorerst befristet auf ein Jahr)

Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung des internationalen Account-Receivables-Teams und stellst eine effiziente, qualitativ hochwertige Debitorenbuchhaltung sicher. Du verantwortest das gesamte Forderungsmanagement mehrerer internationaler Gesellschaften – von Zahlungseingängen und Mahnwesen bis zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche und Kunden klärst du Rechnungs- und Zahlungsfragen souverän und lösungsorientiert. Du analysierst Forderungsbestände, reduzierst Außenstände und optimierst nachhaltig die Zahlungsmoral. Prozesse, Richtlinien und Kontrollen entwickelst du konsequent weiter – inklusive Automatisierung und ERP-Optimierung (u. a. Chargebee). Bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen unterstützt du mit fundierter Kontenabstimmung und Intercompany-Expertise. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern stellst du Compliance und Konzernvorgaben sicher. Direkte Berichtslinie: Director Accounting & Group Accounting. Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechnungswesen, BWL oder Finance – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Accounting. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der internationalen Debitorenbuchhaltung bringst du mit, davon mindestens zwei Jahre in leitender Funktion. Du verfügst über fundiertes Know-how im Forderungsmanagement, in der Umsatzrealisierung sowie in buchhalterischen und steuerlichen Rahmenbedingungen. Mit ERP- und Subscription-Tools arbeitest du sicher – Erfahrung mit SAP Business ByDesign, Zuora oder Chargebee ist ein Plus. Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein starkes Zahlenverständnis zeichnen dich aus. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich. Be responsible for the proper execution of all receivables management processes across multiple international entities. Manage and monitor incoming payments and the dunning process in compliance with legal and internal requirements. Act as the central point of contact for internal departments and external customers regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding items. Analyze receivables, initiate measures to reduce outstanding balances, and continuously improve payment behavior. Further develop processes, policies, and internal controls within Accounts Receivable, ensuring their consistent implementation. Actively contribute to the optimization and automation of AR processes, including the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems and tools (especially Chargebee). Support month-end and year-end closing activities, particularly through reconciliations of customer accounts, accruals, and intercompany receivables. Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and group policies. Direct reporting line to the Director Accounting & Group Accounting. Successfully completed a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field—ideally with a focus on Finance or Accounting. Bring several years of experience in international Accounts Receivable, including at least two years in a leadership role. Possess strong expertise in receivables management, revenue recognition, and relevant accounting and tax regulations. Experienced with ERP systems and subscription tools; knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign, Zuora, or Chargebee is a plus. Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong affinity for numbers. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation, and leadership, with a passion for developing and mentoring team members.
