The Role As a Team Member Relations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of positive employee relations strategies, managing HR functions, and providing operational and strategic support to our manufacturing facility in Jackson, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities: Provide support and supervision to HR staff, including mentoring, coaching, and training opportunities to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles. Develop, implement, communicate, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and regulatory standards. Lead the development and implementation of positive employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Support processes and systems to ensure accurate and complete retention of HR/personnel data, including interfaces with other HR systems. Foster effective communications within the HR team, with management, and across the organization to promote collaboration and alignment. Provide operational and strategic support to the manufacturing facility, including sensing and investigations support, and morale activity leadership. Benchmark best practices within Toyota and other North American manufacturing facilities to drive continuous improvement in HR practices and policies. What You Bring To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in HR, labor relations, or a related field, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for: Essential Qualifications: A minimum of three years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business, or a closely related field. Understanding of NLRB and labor landscape. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Understanding of manufacturing and HR functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate teams of people. Preferred Qualifications: Experience within Toyota's manufacturing casting operations. HR Professional Certification (SHRM, LRI, or HRCI). Creative problem-solving skills. Project management experience. Experience leading and/or managing a team.
