Tasks
We're looking for a Team Lead - SDR who thrives in outbound prospecting and is ready to contribute to both individual pipeline generation and team coaching. You’ll be on the front lines of our international growth, targeting DACH, French, and English-speaking markets, while also mentoring junior SDRs.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for Account Executives
Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery meetings
Conduct compelling outreach in German, English, and French
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage pipeline and outreach
Coach and guide junior SDRs on prospecting tactics, objection handling, and outreach quality
Analyze outreach data and optimize performance metrics (conversion rates, engagement, etc.)
Contribute to onboarding new SDRs and support sales training efforts
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on SDR experience in B2B SaaS or technology
Proven ability to generate a qualified pipeline through cold outreach
Experience coaching or mentoring other SDRs is a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication in German, English, and French
Strong understanding of sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
Comfortable working across multiple markets and adapting messaging accordingly
Self-starter with high energy, accountability, and a growth mindset
