Maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the program and customer activity. Actively and effectively utilize all applicable tools for product and program promotion. Provide coaching and support for assigned team of Inside Sales Representatives by observing discussions and providing feedback. Responsible for all customers and sales in assigned territory.Engage targeted audience in in-depth program discussions over the telephone (inbound/outbound calls).Manage a target list of accounts with a call focus on therapeutic areas identified by Client and provide value-added benefits to maintain and increase product usage.Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals.Manage daily sales call activity to optimize time and efficiency and maximize the achievement of sales.Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the company and Client.Represent Client as a leader in the healthcare industry through demonstration and provision of dependable and credible education, information and professional assistance.Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Client product program and ensure clear, concise and accurate communication of program information with target audiences using proper terminology.Effectively communicate Client product features, advantages and benefits related to customer priorities.Effectively use promotional aids to compare with competition and increase buying behavior.Develop effective, sustainable relationships and provide excellent customer service and follow through skills.Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.Verify and complete required data entry including notes and any follow through actions.Prepare reports for management as needed.Successfully complete Client training and meet training expectations set by the Client in order to proceed to servicing Client’s customers within the parameters of the program.Effectively and timely communicate with the District Manager on project’s progress.Minimal travel in US required for Client sales meetings.Team Lead Role – approximately 30%-time allocation:Provide coaching and support for assigned teams by observing discussions and providing feedback. Provide administrative oversight –maintain documentation of team members' attendance, approve time off, schedules, expense reports, etc.Monitor teams’ productivity, workload and outputs ensuring compliance with policies and processes and addressing issues through corrective action process as they arise.Assist with the hiring and selection process for backfills and new positions.Assist in compliance and Amplity training for new employees.Conduct cube rides and deliver timely and constructive feedback on quality and content of their calls as per expectations set by the client, using approved Coaching Guide forms.Communicate team objectives in ways that promote teamwork and create a strong sense of shared goals among team members.Continuously assess teams’ performance as it pertains to project progress, results and timelines, create, and deliver individual development plans and performance appraisals according to Amplity performance management policies and standards.Follows all Amplity policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned Time Allocation (% of time)ISR Responsibilities - 70%Team Lead Responsibilities - 30%Education and Experience:RequiredBA/BS degree required BA/BS degree.Minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or B2B product sales.Must be certified in the applicable Therapeutic AreaPreferred:Strong Science background.Technology experience with CRM tools.Complex account and territory management experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong focus on providing customers with superior product and service.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Strong rapport building skills.Excellent active listening skills.Good organizational and planning skills.Strong selling / closing and marketing skills.Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech and professional phone manner.Must be self-motivated and disciplined.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording/handling client and project information.Excellent judgment/decision making skills.Ability to accurately assess individual situations and draw on prior knowledge, experience and problem-solving skills in order to come up with successful solutions.Ability to work independently and as a team member.Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to display high-levels of initiative and commitment successfully complete projects and assignments.Ability to identify critical activities and tasks and adjust priorities to meet client goals and objectives.Ability to understand the client’s program training in order to support customers in a variety of scenarios.Ability to overcome obstacles to gain access to key personnel.Excellent selling/persuasion/presentation skills.Must be able to deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)EPIIC Values:All positions at Amplity have a responsibility to demonstrate our EPIIC Values in order to uphold our high-service standards.Excellence: We set high standards.
