About The Team Lead - Airbnb

MarketStar seeks a results-oriented Team Leader to manage and inspire revenue-focused teams (SDR, Customer Onboarding). This leader will drive team performance, efficiency, and a positive culture, leveraging 4+ years in revenue roles and 1+ year in successful management.

Location: Hybrid - Ogden, UT

What Will You Do?
• Lead and manage daily operations of SDR and Customer Onboarding teams to achieve client and MarketStar KPIs. This includes coaching, mentoring, performance management, and fostering a high-performing culture.
• Drive team efficiency and performance by implementing effective systems, adapting to client strategies, and ensuring a strong understanding of client offerings across relevant territories.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, QA, and Training to optimize team performance and develop individual growth plans for team members.
• Take ownership of team-related operational tasks, partnering with client contacts and the Program Manager.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
• Proven experience (4+ years in revenue roles, 1+ year in management) with a strong track record in B2B sales, business development, customer success, or account management (coaching/training experience preferred).
• Solid understanding of the software vendor, IT Services, SaaS, or system integrator space (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with fluency in English (and other languages as needed).
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, MS Office/GSuite, and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate effectively (written and verbal), analyze data for improvement, and solve problems.
• Key attributes: results-oriented, passionate about sales, solution-oriented, high EQ, proactive, resilient, and diligent.
