Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to students with special instructional projects
Assist teachers in developing learning experiences and providing feedback
Utilize special skills and abilities to support instructional programs in areas such as foreign language, arts, and music
Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents
Attend to the physical needs of students as needed
Participate in professional learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Hold a temporary license, continuing certificate, or Level I, II, III, or Para-Professional certificate
Possess a high school diploma or GED
Pass the Assessment of Teaching Assistant Skills Tests (ATAS) or Liberal Arts and Sciences Test (LAST)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a diverse population
