Key Responsibilities Perform keyword research to guide content strategy Optimize website pages for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking) Implement and monitor off-page SEO strategies (backlinks, outreach, partnerships) Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend fixes Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or Digital Marketing professional Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.) Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website structure Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to improve strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms Familiarity with content marketing, PPC, and social media SEO Google Analytics and Google Search Console certification Work Conditions Remote Full-time Flexible hours depending on project requirements Competitive salary with performance incentives
